We are looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead one of the most significant business transformation programmes.
This role will drive the global Net Suite transformation, working closely with implementation partners, stakeholders, finance teams, and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner and strategic lead for Civica’s Net Suite platform.
- Partner with implementation providers to ensure successful configuration and delivery of the solution.
- Lead ongoing development, governance, and optimisation of Net Suite across the organisation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and operational functions.
- Lead enterprise application projects through the full software development lifecycle.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish and lead a high‑performing Enterprise Applications team.
- Manage platform enhancements, releases, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the global rollout and adoption of Net Suite across multiple business areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a Net Suite implementation programme.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Net Suite experience.
- Experience owning or managing enterprise applications in a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint‑based delivery, and software development lifecycles.
- Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong project delivery and programme leadership capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.
- Understanding of finance processes and how enterprise systems support business operations.
- Experience building relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of HRIS applications.
- Nice to have: Experience of large‑scale ERP transformation programmes, including integrations.
- Nice to have: Experience managing enterprise platforms within a global organisation.
- Nice to have: People leadership experience, including building and developing teams.
