This role drives transformation initiatives that deliver operational excellence while leading commercial growth programs specifically for the Accommodation software company within Access Hospitality. The position requires a strategic operator who can translate divisional objectives into actionable OKRs, manage complex transformation projects, and synthesize data into insights that drive decision‑making. The role works closely with the Accommodation General Manager to establish and maintain operational cadence, ownership structures, and accountability frameworks. They will manage growth initiatives, serve as a key support mechanism for the Accommodation cross‑functional leadership team, and deputize for both the Accommodation General Manager and Chief of Staff when required. This position demands someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can manage ambiguity, and is energized by transforming products to meet evolving industry needs.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, definition, and tracking of OKRs across the Accommodation software company, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives.
- Project manage commercial growth initiatives and transformational projects, contributing to divisional‑level projects based on capacity.
- Own production and delivery of weekly and monthly key reports (OKRs, WBRs, MBRs) ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely, accurate submission.
- Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and commentary for the Accommodation Leadership Team.
- Highlight operational risks, drive mitigation strategies to protect OKRs and investment outcomes.
- Lead AI transformation programs and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and value creation.
- Deputise for Software Company General Manager and/or Chief of Staff during absences.

- On‑time delivery rate of weekly and monthly key reports to standard HOS format.
- Delivery of commercial and financial software company and divisional targets.
- Completion rate and benefit realization of transformation projects.
- OKR adoption and quality scores across the Accommodation software company.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial operations or strategy execution roles within hospitality or similarly complex industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of financial commercials and investment case development.
- Demonstrated project management expertise delivering complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience establishing and driving OKR frameworks and operational cadence structures.
- Excellent data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Advanced presentation and reporting skills with ability to create high‑quality deliverables to tight deadlines.
- Experience managing AI programs and delivering change through automation.
- Curious, flexible, and innovative approach with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
