This is an opportunity to take on a new career challenge and join us in this varied role where you\'ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
As Facilities Manager, you\'ll act as a trusted partner and property specialist for a portfolio of properties.
You\'ll be working collaboratively with teams across the bank to deliver improvements in process and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the building owner accountable for all day-to-day and change activity within the property.
Deliver facilities services in accordance with approved procedures and standards, ensuring service level targets are met in relation to running costs, energy conservation and cost reduction opportunities.
- Act as the key interface for projects within the property, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace with planned reactive maintenance through helpdesk and supply partners.
- Understand what the customer and business think and feel by reviewing key performance indicators, identifying trends, and taking timely action to address areas of improvement.
- Maintain adherence to operating standards, quality processes and manage supplier partner relationships to optimise performance and value for money.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal, external and supplier stakeholders, enabling positive outcomes across organisational boundaries.
- Act as internal consultant and subject-matter expert to our stakeholder network, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory standards, processes and controls.
Requirements / Skills
- Experience in a property-related discipline, facilities management or supplier management.
- Professional qualification such as Facilities Management with minimum level 4 or equivalent.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance management practices.
- Experience in delivering successful customer experience and service performance improvement initiatives.
