Overview

The Senior CRM Executive - Brand Partnerships will join the CRM & Digital Personalisation team at Harrods. This new position will be essential in unlocking and supporting growth potential with our Partnerships and CRM divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the roadmap to help build the new CRM landscape for brand partners and provide support in aligning the strategies of both teams to achieve maximum commercial and marketing success.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and work with your manager to lead productive consultation brief meetings with brands and partners to support their initiatives in line with our CRM objectives.
  • Intercept and interrogate client briefs to respond with bespoke solutions, innovating with the CRM team to deliver best-in-class media solutions across the CRM portfolio.
  • Ensure plans are delivered on time and reported on, with commercial targets top of mind.
  • Work across both BAU and Lifecycle/Retention strategies across all channels (Email, SMS, Push and Direct Mail).

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with brands and partnerships, supporting brand partner marketing strategies and objectives, and operating with commercial insight and acumen in executing brand partnerships. It is important that you have a good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics and a solid understanding of the importance of reporting on KPIs across all channels. Experience in project management and highly organized to manage a busy calendar. Excellent communication and organizational skills to confidently lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Understand email best practices and GDPR — be that expert within the team. Experience in developing and maintaining a wide network of relationships to unlock resources and expertise to achieve role objectives. Awareness of e-commerce experience in personalisation.
