About your role
Lead and participate in interactions and workshops with clients.
- Deliver high quality deliverables, while working on complex projects, towards tight deadlines
- Engage stakeholders across multiple teams / organisations for technology delivery and business change
- Take ownership and solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
- Be a trusted advisor to the client on areas of focus
- Assist programme leadership in managing risks / issues and in managing the delivery
- Mentor and direct efforts within the project delivery team
- Contribute to firm development and practice development initiative, e. g. innovation and learning
- Support leadership team on bids and pursuits
Experience within the Utilities industry in UK Market, covering one or more of the following areas: Electricity, Water & Gas Energy.
Experience of working on functional domains relevant to Utilities industry for Transmission, Distribution and B2C & B2B segments.
Prefer experience on Data Migration on Saa S Platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, Customer Transformation.
Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and stakeholder management skills.
Have experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Have knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working.
Have experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle.
