We're looking for a Senior Commercial Manager (Major Projects) to play a key role in delivering complex, high-value schemes. Reporting to the Project Director (Major Projects), you'll lead on commercial reporting, procurement strategy, contractor and consultant appointments, and overall commercial and contract management.
From early market engagement through to delivery, you'll oversee procurement across demolition, enabling works and main contractor packages, ensuring strong governance and effective risk management. You'll also carry out supply chain market testing to support robust development budgets, working across master developer packages, partner interfaces and consultant appointments.
You’ll contribute to functional strategy, aligning commercial insight with business objectives, while supporting budget planning and cost control. Managing a portfolio of procurement programmes, you’ll provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and develop high-quality contract specifications.
We're looking for an experienced commercial professional from a developer, contractor or consultancy background, with strong knowledge of residential and mixed-use schemes. Degree educated (or equivalent) and ideally RICS or CIOB qualified.
