The Pay Account Management team at Trustly is responsible for driving growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across the company's Pay portfolio - covering every sector outside Gaming and Financial Services. The team manages a diverse portfolio of leading public sector organisations, retailers, travel companies, and billers, supporting them across Trustly's full product suite - from A2A payments to data and onboarding solutions - to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences for their customers.
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Pay Account Management team. The role is focused primarily on the UK market, with responsibility for some pan-European accounts. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering best-in-class relationship management while identifying opportunities to expand revenue, increase product adoption, and deepen long-term partnerships. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of payments, fintech, and the sectors served by Pay - including public sector, retail, travel and billers.
