The Role
We are hiring a Senior Account Director to own the retention and growth of our existing strategic accounts across NA & EMEA.
This is a farming and expansion role: your job is to deepen relationships in the accounts we already serve, keep them anchored at executive level, and look for opportunities for expansion and retention in the accounts.
Our strategic accounts - across large events and TMT enterprise customers - are where a significant share of our growth should come from.
You will be accountable for account retention, expansion revenue and executive relationship health , targeting meaningful year-on-year uplift from the existing base.

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing strategic accounts
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships so accounts stay anchored and don't drift
- Mine live delivery for upsell and cross-sell, converting it into expansion pipeline
- Partner with Delivery and Solutions to turn great work into the next opportunity
What You'll Do
- Strategic Account Management & Retention
- Own the health, retention and renewal of a portfolio of existing strategic accounts
- Map each account - stakeholders, whitespace, commercial history and risks
- Prevent accounts drifting into commodity staff-aug or dormancy by staying ahead of client priorities
- Growth, Upsell & Cross-Sell
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities - new use cases, teams, geographies and propositions
- Convert insight from live delivery into a qualified expansion pipeline
- Deliver against a c.20% year-on-year uplift ambition on the existing base
- Executive Relationship Building
- Build trusted C-suite and senior-sponsor relationships across each account
- Act as the client's senior point of contact , coordinating the right Now Vertical people at the right level
- Partnering with Delivery & Solutions
- Work closely with Delivery to ensure current work is a springboard, not just a task
- Partner with Solutions & Consulting to shape and scope expansion opportunities credibly
- Account Planning & Forecasting
- Maintain structured account plans and an accurate expansion forecast
- Take ownership of the growth number , with proactive, transparent reporting
Who You Are
Required
- 10+ years of experience
- proven track record in strategic account management / farming - growing existing enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable expansion revenue delivered from an existing base (upsell / cross-sell)
- Experience selling in data, analytics or AI environments
- History of building and holding executive-level client relationships
- A transferable network of senior executive relationships within enterprise accounts across UK and Europe or North America to open doors.
