Overview
The Search Analyst will support end-to-end search processes and pitches through high-quality research, documentation and project coordination, enabling smooth delivery and a positive candidate and client experience.
- Accountabilities
- Delivery
- Conduct market mapping and research to identify target candidates and build longlists.
- Coordinate interview schedules, pitch calls and discovery calls across multiple searches.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant records and documentation in CRMs (Clockwork/Hub Spot).
- Prepare and format candidate briefs, scorecards, CVs, reports and call notes.
- Lead candidate outreach, follow-ups and lifecycle administration (NDAs, briefs, feedback).
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Track mandate progress, update whiteboards and support delivery meetings.
- Provide reliable administrative and logistical support, including email/In Mail support, diary and travel coordination.
- Growth
- Deliver accurate mapping of VC/PE funds to identify key target contacts.
- Support with outreach admin tasks, leading on robust tracking.
- Support pitch preparation with research and notes.
- Share relevant market and candidate insights with the wider team.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in research tools and CRM systems (Linked In, Pitchbook, Clockwork, Hub Spot, Google Drive).
- Strong data accuracy, organisation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, reports, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and data management principles.
