Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work on challenging Salesforce projects while collaborating with a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team?
Bring your Salesforce expertise to the forefront and you will have the opportunity to shape and scale the way the LEGO Group services their customers globally.

- Core Responsibilities
- Build solutions that follow best practices
- Design and develop data models and business logic
- Collaborate and communicate with business teams, product teams, engineering teams & consultants
- Participate in building, troubleshooting and optimising processes
- Provide day to day Marketing Cloud platform and user support
- Document as-is solutions and contribute to future-state architecture and solution design
- Work closely with Customer Data Platform (CDP), data warehouse, and broader data engineering teams to source, transform, and activate data for marketing use cases
- Contribute to improving data flows, integrations, and governance across marketing and enterprise data platforms
Play your part in our team succeeding Account, Membership, and Personalization Technology are focused on delivering martech solutions for LEGO that provides greater value and experiences to our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with the product engineering team as well as data platform and CDP teams to provide an automated and scalable platform that securely brings value to our consumers and shoppers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration
- Hands on experience in building and running campaigns in a consumer organisation
- Proficient in HTML, SQL, AMPscript
- Setting up multi-channel journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud
- Running tests / experiments and analysing campaigns
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems (e. g. APIs, data pipelines, event streams)
- Solid understanding of data modelling, identity resolution, and data quality in a marketing context
- Ability to work across teams and influence solutions beyond Marketing Cloud (e. g. CDP, data warehouse, backend services)
- Experience with a CDP platform and/or working with customer data models across systems
- Experience with data intelligence platforms like Databricks
- Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
