  • Championing fair, balanced and inclusive allocation practices
  • Managing and developing junior members of the Resource Management team
  • Partnering closely with HR to support wellbeing, development, performance and career progression across the practice

What We're Looking For

  • Proven resource management experience within a professional services, legal or similarly complex environment
  • Previous people management experience and a track record of developing others
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how resource decisions impact profitability, utilisation and business performance
  • The credibility and confidence to challenge, advise and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insight
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach
  • Sound judgement when managing sensitive, confidential or people-related matters
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • A genuine commitment to inclusion, fairness and equitable allocation practices
  • An appreciation of how legal practices operate and the commercial drivers behind client work
