About the Role
As Regional Sales Director, you will lead the UK & Ireland real estate portfolio, driving commercial performance and representing flagship brands including MIPIM and MAPIC. This is a strategic leadership role combining client engagement, thought leadership, and team development to deliver business growth and industry impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders across the UK real estate sector
- Represent MIPIM & MAPIC and act as an ambassador within the real estate community, including events, conferences, and media engagement
- Drive UK commercial performance for the real estate portfolio, ensuring revenue and business objectives are achieved
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing UK sales team, including direct and indirect channels
- Manage key client relationships and lead negotiations to close strategic deals
- Enhance customer satisfaction and long‑term client partnerships
- Foster relationships with associations, organizations, cities, and public authorities
- Collaborate effectively across international teams, particularly with central functions and offices in France
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing performance
- Ability to build and maintain senior external relationships across industry and client networks
- Strong leadership skills, with experience motivating and developing teams
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate client strategies into effective sales approaches
- Excellent communication skills, including representing the business at industry events and with media
- Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization
