In addition to the equity package, the appointed Director will receive a residual monthly salary of £7,500, alongside the opportunity to contribute strategically to the development, management, and operation of the franchise network throughout the UK.

This position is ideally suited to candidates with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for business growth. Previous experience in management, franchising, business development, or senior leadership roles would be advantageous.
