Overview

6-Month Fixed Term Contract.

Position overview: To help facilitate the onboarding of new categories to the M&S Food digital catalogue, we need someone to work across these new categories to set up ready for launch.

You will be comfortable working across departments and functions, as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity.

The role is admin heavy and will require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Order food product samples to be photographed.
  • Review, rename, resize and upload packshot files to the image library across several categories.
  • Set up products on the product platform, ready to surface online.
  • Ensure timings are adhered to; manage sign-offs and approvals of images.
  • Update all relevant trackers on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Key relationships and stakeholders: Food Packaging teams, Food Marketing teams, Data & Digital teams, External agencies.

  • Excellent organisational, planning and attention to detail.
  • Initiative; able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to recommend solutions.
  • Ability to cope well in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
