Your influential mission.

You will deliver a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients and visitors; monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels; manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries; coordinate meeting rooms, catering and visitor logistics; cooperate with the building reception and security team; book visitors and contractors and manage visitor access passes; coordinate office repairs and maintenance, acting as a key contact for suppliers; book taxis as required; assist with office events, socials and wellbeing initiatives; support the Office Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the office; help improve office processes and employee experience initiatives; support our employer brand by helping to create and share engaging content across our social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and visitor logistics
