Overview
Portico is recruiting a Residential Night Concierge for a brand‑new high‑end residential building in London Bridge.
The role involves providing a friendly, courteous and prompt welcome to all residents and visitors, anticipating resident needs and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests on arrival.
- Anticipate and respond to resident needs and requests.
- Follow up on all resident requests and ensure completion.
- Hand over incomplete tasks to the day team when necessary.
- Build strong professional relationships with residents to stay a step ahead of their needs.
- Maintain a visible presence, vigilance and a friendly approach while balancing discretion.
- Work 38.5 hours per week on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern, typically from 7pm to 7am.
Qualifications
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a big, friendly smile.
- Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
- Adaptability and flexibility to perform a variety of duties in a high‑end residential environment.
- Strong rapport‑building skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Prior concierge experience, preferably within a high‑end hotel or residential setting.
- Valid SIA licence and CCTV operator training (required).
- Experience operating in a built‑to‑rent property (desired).
