The Role
We are recruiting several experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team, covering North London and surrounding areas.
In this role, you\'ll deliver responsive repairs and maintenance across a wide portfolio of homes, ensuring residents live in properties that are safe, comfortable and well maintained.
You\'ll be supported by modern digital systems that help keep work flowing efficiently and enable you to deliver a first-class service.
Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard (NVQ Level 2 required)
- Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable)
- Complete carpentry works including repairs and basic joinery (desirable)
- Support a wide range of general property maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults and deliver effective, lasting repairs
- Work independently and as part of a wider team
- Ensure all works meet safety, quality and customer service standards
- Use PDA systems to receive and complete job information
About You
- Strong plastering skills (ideally NVQ Level 2)
- Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry
- Experience working in tenanted properties
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Confident using PDA/mobile job systems
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 minimum (or equivalent experience)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- No more than 6 points on driving licence
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- CSCS card preferred (training can be provided if required)
- DBS check (or willingness to undergo)
- Eligible to work in the UK
