The Role

Addepar is seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager, Performance Marketing EMEA/APAC to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing strategist to build and implement a regional marketing strategy that fuels Addepar's continued growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA and APAC regions. This position will drive all digital, paid, and traditional marketing for the regions, and play a key role in shaping Addepar's brand image and market presence. Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and drive a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives, tailored to regional needs.
  • Own the development and execution of localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Sales leadership across EMEA and APAC.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals.
  • Track, measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA and APAC wealth management technology spaces.

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a consistent track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA and APAC marketing landscape having demonstrable experience establishing brands in the region.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
