We are recruiting Insurance Technician vacancies in our claims team based in London / Redhill offices. The role provides operational support to prospects and clients regarding healthcare, risk and pension schemes including Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Personal Pension schemes.
Responsibilities
- Insurance scheme administration including manipulating data and checking calculations
- Liaising with stakeholders including insurers, clients and colleagues
- Creating written correspondence including emails, letters and reports
- Adhering to processes and ensuring accurate maintenance of records
