Responsibilities
- Work on School lunch service and Hall Lunch service
- Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event
- Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner
- Work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed
- Serve guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality
- Work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
- Use coffee machines
- Assist with deliveries as required
- Prepare all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and report any missing items to line manager
- Ensure any linen hired and equipment hired for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event
