At Remitly, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to access, move, and manage their money wherever life takes them. Since 2011, we have delivered secure, simple, and reliable ways to manage money and move money across borders. We are building the Marketing Team to enable Remitly Business to help small and medium-sized businesses send and receive payments internationally — faster, cheaper, and more reliably than incumbents.

The Growth Marketing Lead for Remitly Business owns the go-to-market and product-led growth strategy end to end for UK and Europe, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and early retention for SMBs in 25+ countries. This senior operator sets the strategy, leads execution, and makes allocation decisions. The role is hybrid, with 2-3+ days in the London office near Warren Street.

Responsibilities
  • Own the UK and EU customer acquisition number across all marketing channels, with CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion as core metrics.
  • Design and scale growth loops across the marketing funnel including paid, referrals, community, and events with a clear view of what compounds and scales.
  • Translate product capabilities and pricing advantage into a narrative that positions Remitly Business as a challenger to incumbents.
  • Lead GTM for product launches with a focus on adoption and revenue impact, not just awareness.
  • Drive shared outcomes with Product — you will have a real seat in what we build and what’s prioritized.
  • Build and develop ICP profiles for UK and EU, leveraging deep understanding of customer expectations, culture, and needs to tailor and localize offers, value proposition, and reasons-to-believe.
  • Build and deploy AI agent workflows across channels: research, content production, performance reporting, competitive monitoring. Manage those agents the way you would manage a team.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, and/or product marketing in fintech, e-commerce, or payments industries with demonstrated SMB acquisition experience at scale.
  • A UK & EU growth number you have directly owned, with CAC efficiency, retention curves, and payback period data you can speak to.
  • At least one 0→1 acquisition engine you built from scratch, with a clear story about what compounded, what you killed, and what you would do differently.
  • 3+ durable acquisition channels you have scaled across paid, SEO, partnerships, community-led, or PLG.
  • Cross-functional experience to drive shared outcomes with Product — accountability for adoption and revenue impact, not just marketing strategy and execution.
  • Fluency with AI as a productivity layer and a point of view on where agent workflows change what’s possible in growth operations.
