Financial Operations Lead

At Solve Intelligence, we are building something people actually want. We have the revenue and traction to prove it.

Less than 24 months since launch, we are adding 7 figures of annual recurring revenue per month. We have raised about $60 million and are quadrupling our headcount this year.

Responsibilities

  • Own supplier payments (AP) end‑to‑end, including negotiations, approval workflows, invoicing and eliminating duplicates.
  • Manage billing & collections (AR): oversee customer invoicing for 1,000+ clients, partner with Revenue Operations to collect overdue invoices and improve cash flow.
  • Mandate the monthly close: run external accountants for an accurate, on‑time close and reliable data for board and investor reporting.
  • Design and implement the finance stack, from approvals to procurement to billing, selecting scalable, AI‑driven tools.
  • Build budgeting processes with founders, liaise with teams on hiring, marketing, conferences and offices, and foster disciplined financial discipline.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers for software, office space, payroll, ensuring better terms and responsible usage of the raised $60million.

  • Must‑Haves
  • 5+ years in finance at high‑growth tech companies (FP&A lead, finance operations, or similar generalist role).
  • Deep fluency in accounting and the ability to run external accountants to an on‑time close without needing to be an accountant yourself.
  • A proven record of implementing finance processes, tooling, and automation that scale with a fast‑growing company.
  • Strong modelling skills across budgets, forecasts, profit & loss statements, and cash.
  • Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred Credentials
  • Experience as the first or early finance hire building a function from scratch.
  • Procurement and negotiation experience, including vendor contracts and pricing.
  • Treasury experience: managing cash and liquidity at scale.
  • Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or an accounting background.
