What You’ll Do

  • Own Social‑First Creative for SharkNinja brands across EMEA.
  • Serve as the creative lead and tastemaker for Shark and Ninja brands on social across EMEA, focusing on the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, in tight collaboration with the Global Social Creative team and VP of Social Creative.
  • Develop social‑first ideas that balance entertainment, product storytelling, and cultural relevance for both new and existing products across organic, paid, and influencer/creator content.
  • Ensure creative work is designed to travel across markets and platforms through sharing, remixing, and conversation while respecting local cultural nuance.
  • Write, edit, and shape content across short‑form video, stills, and emerging formats, adapting for local audiences and platforms across EMEA markets.
  • Direct shoots virtually and in‑person with internal creators, studios, and partners across EMEA – from lo‑fi to higher‑production moments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creators, Social Studios, and local market teams to translate ideas into scalable, market‑relevant content outputs.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with the Global Social Creative team, Brand, Social Strategy, Influencer, and Media partners to keep EMEA social creative aligned with global brand vision while being locally excellent.
  • Help shape creator and influencer creative across EMEA markets by providing strong concepts, direction, and feedback.
  • Act as the creative connective tissue between global strategy, local market needs, and execution.
  • Push for culturally fluent, platform‑native, socially‑first work across each EMEA market.
  • Identify what’s working, what’s stale, and where each market’s brand presence should experiment next.
  • Contribute to evolving creative playbooks and best practices across the social org, ensuring EMEA learnings feed back.
