Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous improvement of end‑to‑end customer journeys, ensuring customer needs remain at the forefront.
- Drive the design and delivery of lending and credit transformation journeys across Business & Commercial Banking.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and cross‑functional teams to translate journey vision into measurable outcomes, balancing experience, risk and technical constraints.
- Coordinate across functional boundaries and multiple platforms to align journey design and execution.
- Use data and insights to shape priorities, reduce complexity, increase automation and improve speed to decision and fulfilment.
- Own end‑to‑end journeys and champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering end‑to‑end customer or colleague journeys in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, including large‑scale transformation.
- Background in customer and market research and analysis that informs data‑driven decision making.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, including “jobs to be done” methodologies.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to analyse customer insights, metrics and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across business, risk and technology.
- Capability to operate as the single point of accountability across teams and align journey design across multiple platforms and systems.
- Experience in commercial lending, credit processes, associated risk, governance and fulfilment activities is desirable.
- Knowledge of technology platform delivery and engineering practices is desirable.
- Creative, product‑mindset, and proven user‑experience design skills.
