About the role
Are you a strategic Product Owner with a passion for driving platform innovation? Reed Talent Solutions is looking for a Bullhorn Platform Product Owner to lead the evolution of a key strategic platform at the heart of our recruitment offering. This is a high-impact role where you'll work across technology, operations and commercial teams to deliver real business value and enhance outcomes for clients across the public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Bullhorn product roadmap, backlog and releases
- Act as the technology owner, ensuring platform stability, security and scalability
- Lead demand management and prioritisation across operational, client and strategic needs
- Oversee governance of platform releases, configurations and change control
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers and technology partners
- Collaborate with architecture and data teams on integrations and reporting solutions
- Support client onboarding, implementation and migration activities
- Maintain strong governance across security, compliance and data protection
- Drive continuous improvement, adoption and optimisation of the platform
- Act as the key liaison between technology, operations and commercial stakeholders
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing business-critical SaaS platforms
- Strong product roadmap, backlog and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working with suppliers, vendors and implementation partners
