This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of cloud and technology delivery who enjoys building relationships, shaping requirements and helping teams achieve great outcomes.

Acting as a bridge between Cloud Engineering and delivery teams, you'll help drive cloud adoption, improve collaboration and ensure solutions align with strategic business priorities.

  • What you'll be doing

  • Translating business needs into well-defined deliverables, scope briefs and delivery artefacts
  • Shaping and refining requirements to ensure work is ready for successful delivery
  • Assessing demand against team capacity and supporting prioritisation, planning and budgeting activities
  • Promoting awareness and adoption of cloud platforms, services and existing technology capabilities
  • Advising stakeholders on cloud service offerings, onboarding processes, standards and consumption models
  • Collaborating with engineering teams and delivery partners to support the successful delivery of cloud initiatives
  • Ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality standards and support positive business outcomes
  • Who we're looking for
  • Experience working within cloud, infrastructure or technology delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Confidence engaging with architects, engineers and other technical specialists
  • Experience defining scope, gathering requirements and producing business or service documentation
  • Understanding of technology delivery lifecycles and cloud-enabled operating models
  • Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach
  • Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification, or a willingness to develop these skills, would be advantageous

Benefits

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance-related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years' service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are many discounts we offer - both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net-zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in-person experience
