Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team.
The Billing Coordinator will ensure accurate client billing, correct contract reflection, efficient deposit and refund processing, and reliable month‑end reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage client billing, invoicing, and account changes across our workspace portfolio.
- Ensure all charges align with signed contracts and leases.
- Process Direct Debits and resolve payment issues.
- Handle client and internal finance queries with excellent customer service.
- Manage client move‑outs, deposit returns, and account reconciliations.
- Review billing reports and identify discrepancies.
- Support month‑end processes, audits, and revenue reporting.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Finance teams, and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Administration, preferably within Retail, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP Business By Design, Salesforce, or Nexudus is advantageous.
