Overview

Marketing Analyst — Location: London.

A growing alternative investment manager is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its London-based team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional with experience in investment management to develop within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate will work with Marketing, Investor Relations and Investment teams to support a broad range of initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, investor engagement and business development.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Content
• Support the production and maintenance of investor-facing marketing materials, presentations, factsheets and fund documentation.
• Assist in creating thought leadership content, market updates and other marketing communications.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Digital Marketing
• Manage and update website content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across email, website and social media channels.
• Monitor website performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
• Assist with content optimisation and digital marketing best practices.
• Provide reporting and insights on campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Data & Analytics
• Maintain marketing and investor engagement databases.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support CRM management and data quality initiatives.
• Events & Investor Engagement
• Assist with the organisation of investor events, conferences and webinars.
• Prepare marketing materials and supporting documentation for meetings and events.
• Support follow-up communications and engagement activities.

Qualifications

Essential

• 1-5 years' experience in a marketing role within investment management, asset management, wealth management or alternative investments.
• Exposure to digital marketing activities, including website management, email marketing or social media.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience producing or maintaining professional investor marketing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Power Point and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience working within a hedge fund, alternatives manager or institutional asset manager.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of financial promotions and regulatory requirements.
