Your Role
The Agency Manager will build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across their agency patch, raising Global's profile across agencies through regular content and engagement and positioning Global's outdoor portfolio as a leader. This role requires a proactive approach, strong knowledge of the outdoor industry, and the ability to pitch opportunities for revenue growth. The Agency Manager will align with the Group Activation Manager and Activation Managers to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and will work with the Head of Agency to implement a growth strategy that leverages Global teams and enhances our agency profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency & Account Management (40%): Own and grow key agency relationships. Lead day‑to‑day account activities across briefs, clients, and teams. Build trust, maintain contact lists, and identify and nurture long‑term opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Thought Leadership (25%): Translate client objectives into effective OOH strategies. Provide proactive ideas, insights, and innovation, positioning Global OOH strongly against competitors.
- Revenue Enablement (20%): Support and shape responses to briefs, contribute to commercial proposals, and drive revenue through influence and access.
- Internal Collaboration & Delivery (15%): Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns smoothly, ensure strong execution, client satisfaction, and maintain pipeline visibility and core administration.
