The difference you will make as a Stock Condition Coordinator:
- Provide comprehensive administrative, customer contact and coordination support to enable the effective delivery of stock-condition-related repairs and remedial works.
- Ensure appointments and repairs are accurately logged, scheduled, tracked and completed in line with service standards, while maintaining clear communication with customers, contractors and internal teams.
- Accurate records and data will support asset intelligence, compliance and informed investment decisions.
About you:
- Experience of customer contact and scheduling within a repairs or housing environment.
- Experience of logging, tracking and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
