We are currently recruiting for an EL/PL Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team based in Liverpool.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of lower-value employer's liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims, progressing files efficiently in line with internal processes.
- Provide support to senior fee earners where required.
- Review liability documents and medical reports, liaise with clients and third parties, and draft witness statements.
- Arrange medical appointments and prepare cases for issue or trial.
About You / Qualifications
- Experience handling or assisting on EL/PL files is preferred.
- Proficient in Proclaim.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Previous litigation experience is desirable but not essential.
