Lifeguard
Working on the bank at Nuffield Health – you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week, but work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit business needs and your availability.
Salary: £13.10 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using our wet‑side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Passionate about great customer care and a real team player.
