About the role

Part‑time position. We are looking for someone with a real can‑do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. The operation runs 5/7 days, and opening times are available on the website.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding products, keeping shelves stocked, ensuring speed of service via the tills, and providing delivery services by accurately picking items as required.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience within the wholesale or retail environment.
• A can‑do attitude.
• A passion for customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Always on time and properly presented.
• Minimum age 17 years old; certain shifts may involve work before 6:15 a.m. or after 9:45 p.m. Applicants under 18 may apply only if other specified conditions are met.
