Lifeguard – Part‑time (Letchworth FWC)
Pay: £13.10 per hour

Work hours are ad‑hoc and flexible, based on the needs of the business and your availability.
Responsibilities
- Help members stay safe and healthy when using the wet side facilities – swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents straight away.
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Provide evidence of ongoing training records.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team‑player mindset with strong customer‑care orientation.
