Location

Leicester / Hybrid. Initially full time office-based during training; hybrid working thereafter once training is completed.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Corporate customers and Europcar rental stations.
  • Manage all reservations received via phone, email, and third-party integrated systems.
  • Complete any reservation amendments and terminate vehicle rentals as requested by the in-house customer via the reservation system.
  • Ensure all SLAs within the contractual agreement are achieved.
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison for the customer and Europcar branches to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Maintain complete security of all Europcar policies and rental rates.
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as may reasonably be required.
  • Complete all reports within agreed service levels and respond to customer and station emails/queries.
  • Demonstrate confidence in dealing with queries over the telephone and meet call service agreements.
  • Follow the Company's Policies and Operational Procedures and working instructions applicable to the job.
  • Understand Europcar Group's Vision, Mission and Values and maintain a high quality of customer service aligned with the company objectives.
  • Ensure all reservations are accepted and managed promptly and accurately, and confirmed by stations daily.
  • Escalate system issues or contract discrepancies to the Team Leader/Line Manager at the earliest opportunity.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous image in behavior and appearance.
  • Be prepared to take on any other reasonable duties as requested by the team leader or line manager.
  • Complete any other reasonable duties as requested by your team leader and/or line manager.

  • First-class IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
