We are looking for an administrator to provide the back-office skills needed to allow our dedicated frontline support workers to flourish.
We are seeking a welcoming, friendly and hardworking individual to join our Leicester office.
You will be involved in providing efficient, responsive secretarial support to senior staff to help ensure that our services run smoothly.
As an Office Administrator for Creative Support, you can be assured that the work you are doing is meaningful, and makes a positive impact on the lives of others.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize and priorities a workload unsupervised.
You will be proficient with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and a good working knowledge of Excel and Power Point ).
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is a must, along with the ability to take detailed messaged and signpost individuals to the appropriate members of staff.
Please note: this is a temporary role to cover for Maternity Leave. The contract is expected to run for 6 months, and may extend to 12 months.
Applicants must have at least one year's experience of administration/reception work within a busy office environment.
