Responsibilities:
- Support Dock Scheduler BAU operations, helping maintain stable inbound and outbound flow and effective depot capacity management.
- Contribute to the operational performance of Supply, Merchandising and MHD Helpdesks, supporting delivery against volumes, SLAs, quality measures and root-cause insight.
- Be the key operational contact point for stores, supply chain and modular planning, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Support the operational landing of change relating to Dock Scheduler, Supply Helpdesk and MHD Helpdesk, helping protect BAU stability throughout.
- Use data and insight to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement, simplification and automation.
- Demonstrate calm, resilient support during peak trading, incidents and periods of change.
- Collaborate effectively across ALS, Supply and Modular Planning, including Suppliers and Hauliers, helping build strong and positive working relationships.
