ABOUT US
Clara exists to make offices awesome places to work.
Think pick 'n' mix stands, yoga sessions, therapy puppies.
But behind every awesome office is chaos: dozens of suppliers, spreadsheets and endless email chains.
Clara is aiming to fix that.
One platform for everything an office buys, books and organises.
Our customers are ambitious London companies, and we're building the platform every office runs on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll sit at the centre of everything, making sure quotes, orders, suppliers and deliveries move smoothly from start to finish.
Simple: things get done, fast, and nobody has to chase you.
Customers should feel like nothing is ever a hassle.
That looks like
- Handling quotes and tickets
- Onboarding new suppliers and listings
- Placing orders and managing recurring deliveries
- Sorting order issues before they snowball
- Sending invoices and status updates
- Running price comparisons
- Marking deliveries complete and keeping everything up to date
- Managing the info inbox
- Answering the phone
- HOW WE WORK
You’ll have a lot on at once.
Orders in flight, tickets open, deliveries landing.
You’ll always know where everything is, because it lives in a system, not in your head.
We have processes and we’ll teach you them.
Spot a better way?
Change it.
And we’re AI first.
The long way round is banned.
Drafting emails, comparing prices, researching suppliers, tidying data: your first thought is always “how do I get AI to do this for me?”
