Two‑Shift

Working in Assembly, Area1.

Competitive rate of pay starting at £13.13 per hour.

Overtime will be paid at time and a half (£19.70) and Sundays are double rate (£26.26).

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a team to follow the daily production plan and hygiene schedule.
• Clean the production lines using chemicals in line with food safety regulations.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, SOPs, and safe work practices.
• Report any quality, hygiene, or other issues to an Area Leader promptly to minimise downtime and uphold quality standards.
• Report any breakages, damages or near‑misses to your Area Leader, fostering a safe working environment for everybody.
• What we need from you
• Previous food production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to work as a team.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• A safety‑conscious mindset with commitment to following all safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Successful candidates must be flexible to the daily needs of the business.
