Two‑Shift
Working in Assembly, Area1.
Competitive rate of pay starting at £13.13 per hour.
Overtime will be paid at time and a half (£19.70) and Sundays are double rate (£26.26).
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a team to follow the daily production plan and hygiene schedule.
- Clean the production lines using chemicals in line with food safety regulations.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, SOPs, and safe work practices.
- Report any quality, hygiene, or other issues to an Area Leader promptly to minimise downtime and uphold quality standards.
- Report any breakages, damages or near‑misses to your Area Leader, fostering a safe working environment for everybody.
- What we need from you
- Previous food production experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Manufacturing experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to work as a team.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- A safety‑conscious mindset with commitment to following all safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
