What You'll Be Doing
As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor.
You’ll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts - including opening and closing when management are not present.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values
- Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
- Take responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
- Support the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
- Ensure high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
- Assist with deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom standards
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
