Team & Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships between Logitech and assigned direct and hybrid customers.

You will identify opportunities, manage marketing activities, and drive commercial aspects for relevant categories and resellers to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.

This role requires a super analytical sales professional with experience in key account management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.
  • Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders.
  • Understand current processes and identify process gaps.
  • Optimize the assortment at partners.
  • Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
  • Forecast and plan business together with partners.
  • Secure that needed inventory levels are maintained.
  • Manage backlog and address potential risks and opportunities.
  • Build strong business relationships with partners.
  • Plan product launch execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Sales experience of at least three years.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record in planning and execution.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Extensive work experience in account management within consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Analytical skills and experience.
