We’re Karen Millen, a trusted brand independent of Debenhams Group, seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The role involves creating world‑class content across all channels.

This role will be based out of our central London office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Work with our graphic designer to deliver all BAU design assets on time and to an exceptional standard.
  • Work closely with our Head of Creative and wider design team to take a graphic approach and execute it for all requested deliverables.
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across all multi‑channel touch points.
  • Support asset creation for all ad‑hoc and seasonal projects (e.g. press events, direct mail, etc.).
  • Support the continued evolution of our creative aesthetic to keep the Karen Millen brand best in class from a design point of view.
