- Healthcare Support Worker
- Ipswich Hospital – Nursing – Bank – Part Time (includes weekend work). Salary up to £14.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Put patient care first.
- Carry out administrative duties.
- Support the team of Registered Nurses and consultants in delivering exceptional patient care, pre‑ and post‑surgery.
- Meet the needs of every individual patient and use organisational skills to positively impact care experience.
- Maintain a good telephone manner and use computer and database skills to assist with patient documentation.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.
- Contract & Benefits
- Bank – ad‑hoc hours, not contracted to a set number of hours per week.
- Weekend work as required.
- Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive.
