We're looking for an Investor Services Officer to join FNZ's Investment Operations team in Edinburgh.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality client service through accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

The role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Transaction Processing
  • Accurately process work items within allocated timescales.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct thorough checks to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
  • Client Communication
  • Draft and respond to client emails in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Quality and Control
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when handling repetitive and high-volume tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
  • Independent Work
  • Manage assigned workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for accuracy and timeliness.

What we're looking for

You’ll be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients.

Experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
