  • Effectively prioritise and manage your own workload whilst maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy at all times, both independently and as part of a team, within policies supervised by the Team Lead.
  • Maintain and develop skills and knowledge via learning and development courses as required to ensure competency for the role, including safeguarding training.
  • Use skills to manage young people/children who may be anxious during the vaccination process.
  • Participate in relevant emergency preparedness processes for your team.
  • Carry out other duties as necessary to meet the changing needs of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, in accordance with management requirements and appropriate to banding.

  • If you work in our community teams, we pay for your time travelling between patients.
  • Lease car if you complete more than 500 business miles per annum, fully insured and maintained (including tyres); mileage paid at lease car rate.
  • Salary sacrifice car – fully insured and maintained (including tyres); your gross pay is reduced by the cost of the vehicle before tax, NI and pension deductions are calculated, mileage paid at business rate.
  • Salary sacrifice bikes up to £2,000.
  • Free car parking at all trust sites.
  • Free flu vaccinations every year.
  • Citizens Advice support linked with a Hardship Fund for one‑off additional support up to £250 (if the criteria is met).
