Our stewarding team members are integral to ensuring that all visitors on match and event days have a positive and enjoyable visit to the Accu Stadium. Each member of our match-day team is instrumental in providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending matches, pop concerts and similar events.
We welcome applications from candidates who would like to join our diverse, friendly and customer-focused team and help us to continue our excellent reputation of providing a safe environment in which to watch professional football and rugby matches and pop concerts and festivals. These roles are offered on a casual employment basis. The hours of work will vary due to the different start times of matches and events.
Typically for a Huddersfield Town match, times would be:
- 3.00pm Kick-Off | 7.45pm Kick Off
- Car Parks: 10:00am - 3:15pm or 5:15pm | 4:00pm - 9:45pm
- Courtesy: 11:30am - 5:30pm or 6:30pm | 5:00pm - 10:30pm
- Turnstile Operators: 1:15pm - 2:45pm | 6:00pm - 8:30pm
We are looking for candidates who appreciate the value and importance of outstanding customer service and who would like to be part of creating a friendly and special atmosphere for supporters. No previous experience is required; however, knowledge of the Club combined with excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful approach to work, and the ability to work in a team are essential to this role. You must be confident to liaise with a diverse range of people in a consistently professional manner, also acting as a positive ambassador for Town Sports and Entertainment Group and Huddersfield Town AFC.
