Join our snack-loving team at KP Snacks. We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our Ashby Human Resources team, supporting more than 600 colleagues and over 35 line managers across the site.

You'll provide proactive, pragmatic and people-focused support across a broad range of HR activities. You'll work closely with managers to help create a positive colleague experience, ensure people processes are applied fairly and consistently, and support the delivery of key business objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing day-to-day HR support
  • Working with managers across the Ashby site to provide practical guidance on people matters and support the delivery of the site's people plan
  • Supporting employee relations activities
  • Assisting with disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management cases, helping to ensure matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with company policy
  • Using people data to support decision making
  • Producing HR reports, monitoring key people metrics and helping identify trends and opportunities to improve colleague experience and business performance
  • Promoting colleague engagement and wellbeing
  • Supporting engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and action plans that help create a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Supporting HR processes and projects
  • Managing transactional HR activities, collaborating with Payroll and People Services and contributing to local and business-wide HR initiatives
