As part of an experienced Employee Relations team, you will deliver a professional, high‑quality ER service across the business, partnering with managers through coaching and mentoring to resolve casework within policy timescales.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to provide coaching and mentoring, ensuring casework resolves professionally and in line with policy.
- Respond to employee queries and concerns while protecting line manager relationships and escalating appropriately.
- Prepare case documentation, ensuring the investigation or hearing manager owns the final documentation.
- Develop an understanding of the business and establish professional relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
- Maintain a quick, commercially‑focused response to the continuous demand for ER support.
