We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join our Housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

  • To answer the telephones despatching information to the relevant persons.
  • To liaise with reception and floor supervisors to control return of suites including priorities.
  • To record the special projects on log sheets.
  • Too control and manage the Lost Property logs and stock.
  • To check rota on a daily basis to ensure that adequate staff is allocated each shift.
  • To ensure all traces are resolved in Opera for housekeeping.
  • To assist in preparation of rota and timesheets.
  • To prepare weekly timesheets.
  • To cover floors and check suites, if requested.
  • To ensure control of keys and communication devices within department.
  • To offer administrative support to the housekeeping department.
  • To ensure that storage areas are kept tidy including the housekeeping office.
  • To perform any other reasonable request.
