Global Streaming Platform team develop and supports market‑leading video streaming services, underpinned by state‑of‑the‑art engineering principles.

- What you’ll do
- Defining business requirements, scoping product enhancements and driving changes to all centrally supported markets.
- Supporting roadmaps that align with our business objectives and team KPIs.
- Informing the strategic direction of Service Technology based on clear commercial rationale and robust analysis or insights with a focus on your product area.
- Taking ownership for requirements definition and delivery of product enhancements at a central level.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders and support teams, such as UX specialists, to optimise existing capabilities as well as creating new ones.
- Owning measurement and reporting of key KPIs relating to the performance of your products.
- Providing support for strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product owners within the service and business operations.
- Helping define excellent requirements for the CRM Scrum Team, Digital and Operations stakeholders.
- Ensuring that new and existing features are coherent and fit‑for‑purpose.
- Leading development of critical new initiatives around automation, artificial intelligence and continuous process improvement.
Essential Criteria
- Extensive experience as a technology product owner.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to manage several different projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and define requirements through interviews and workshops, and to manage senior stakeholders across the business vertical.
- Experience delivering recommendations to improve processes and working practices, balancing cost and benefit when defining requirements and evaluating possible solutions.
Desirable skills and experience
- Second language and/or experience in the translation industry.
- Experience working with (or within) a contact centre and/or an Operations department, or with a CRM system or AWS Connect.
- Previous experience in a multi‑national and multi‑lingual organisation.
- Line management experience to manage workloads, set daily, weekly and monthly targets, and maintain performance.

We have adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.

The Osterley Campus is a 10‑minute walk from Syon Lane train station.
Free shuttle buses run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations, and there are plenty of bike shelters and showers.
